Located on the top floor of Brentwood Gardens, an entertainment and shopping complex, Taiko has a reputation for serving traditional Japanese Cuisine favorites, including sushi and noodles, in a casual, contemporary California setting. Serving multiple generations of local families with perennial favorites, the Taiko Combination "teishoku," modern Spicy Crispy Tuna appetizers, and the delicately flakey and rich Black Cod Gindara are some of the highlights from our extensive menu.
